Before you can be admitted as a customer by Coach Tarron, you must read and accept the following terms and conditions.
All information collected from the customer must in all circumstances be kept confidential and not shared with third parties.
The customer guarantees that the information in the customer form is correct and gives Coach Tarron the opportunity to provide training and nutritional recommendations based on this information. If any of the foregoing information is to be changed, it is the customer's duty to inform Coach Tarron as soon as possible.
Coach Tarron is not a physician or clinical nutritionist. The recommendations should not be taken as medical advice. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any health problems - nor is it intended to replace the advice of a physician. Always consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional regarding health conditions. All training is done at the customer's own risk.
All documents included or exchanged between Coach Tarron and the customer are the intellectual property of Coach Tarron and shall not be copied, sold or distributed without written consent.
If the customer does not pay the agreed amount, Coach Tarron can stop working with the customer or withhold the product until the payment is completed.
According to Norwegian law, the right of withdrawal (section 22 letter C of the Right of Withdrawal Act) cannot be used after training and nutritional recommendations have been delivered to the customer.
By submitting the customer form and paying the agreed amount to Coach Tarron, you confirm that you have read and understood the terms of the agreement between you and Coach Tarron.
By ticking to have read these terms and conditions of sale, you have given your express prior consent so that we can begin work on your order and at the same time you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal has been lost.
I reserve the right to cancel your order if I do not have the capacity to take you in as a customer. You will then receive an offer to be placed on a waiting list.

Coach Tarron is hereinafter referred to as seller / salgeren.
Buyer is the consumer who places the order, and is hereinafter referred to as buyer / buyer.
Payments
The seller can demand payment for the item from the time it is sent from the seller to the buyer.
If the buyer uses a credit card or debit card when paying, the seller can reserve the purchase price on the card when ordering. The card will be charged the same day as the item is shipped.
When paying by invoice, the invoice to the buyer is issued before shipping the item. The payment deadline is stated on the invoice and is a minimum of 1-7 days from receipt. Since this is a service and not an item, it is important that the entire amount is paid in full before the diet and / or exercise plan is received by the buyer.
Buyers under 18 can not pay with subsequent invoice.
Delivery of the services / products
Normal delivery time for the products we offer is 1 to 7 days. In the event of deviations, this will be notified by e-mail and / or via the messaging system used internally in the communication between us and you.
Normally I will start working on your order the same day you order, as long as the order is made in the period 07.00 - 19.00. This applies to 7 days a week, in addition to public holidays. There will still be room for follow-up on public holidays.

When ordering, it is expected that you can start immediately, as long as nothing else is agreed in advance. For startup later, you must say before startup before startup and setup is complete.
You can not wait longer than 14 days before you start, unless otherwise agreed. The time starts to run from the setup is complete. After this, you waive the right to be followed up as my online customer. The digital content; which exercise program, diet plan and any e-books belong to you and will be available in your folder via google disk.
You are responsible for filling in your customer form. If you do not do this within 14 days, we will set up a simple diet plan and exercise program for you that you will have the opportunity to have edited 1 - once -. You must still end coaching by sending me an email that you want to end your coaching period, if it does not continue, until you say no.
In the event of documented illness or injury, you will be able to freeze the coaching period you have already paid for for up to 3 months, unless otherwise agreed with us. It is expected that in the event of a long-term illness, this can be documented, if the period you benefit from is not considered to have expired.
Right of withdrawal (MUST READ)
Sale of diet and / or exercise program is defined by the Right of Withdrawal Act as distance selling (see section 3.2 in the practical guide from the Consumer Council linked to the very top of the conditions) ._ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
The services I offer fall under point 5, page 10, in the guide. In point 5, p. 10 of the guide, it is mentioned that the right of withdrawal lapses when the delivery has started with the consumer's express prior consent. The consumer must acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost when the agreement is fulfilled.
By checking to read these terms and conditions of sale, you have given your express prior consent for me to begin work on your order and at the same time acknowledge that the right of withdrawal has been lost.
On page 10 of the same guide, I recommend that you familiarize yourself specifically with the point about completed services and digital content. Here is a more detailed description of why and how the right of withdrawal lapses.
What you order is a digital content that can be downloaded and is available via our web application. This in itself will mean that the right of withdrawal is cut off already when the delivery of the digital content begins (see page 13 in the guide) ._ cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
A purchase of our products / services means that I immediately after registered payment begin work on your personal setup.
If you wish to cancel, this must be done by e-mail kontakt@coachtarron.no before we have started your setup.
If you disagree with me and we together do not come to a common solution, we recommend that you contact Forbrukerrådet.no and / or Forbrukerombudet.no and take the matter further. They will contact me for an explanation, before proposing a solution.
In the Consumer Council's practical guide, you will also have all relevant provisions easily accessible on the right side of each document sheet, including the law and the sections (§) that apply.
Complaints are addressed to the seller within a reasonable time, cf. items 9 and 10. The parties shall try to resolve any disputes amicably. The European Commission's complaints portal can also be used if you wish to lodge a complaint. This is especially relevant if you are a consumer residing in another EU country. The complaint is lodged here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Prices and delivery
The price of my services will always occur before ordering. Prices may, however, change and we reserve the right to change prices as a result of costs related to product development. We will notify you in advance.
All delivery times must be considered as indicative. Any price changes will in any case not have retroactive effect and you will relate to the price stated at the time of payment.
Please note that all service solutions are sold as my current invoice, and which runs until you cancel the service yourself by sending an email or notifying Coach Tarron directly. None of the services I sell have a lock-in period and you can cancel the subscription at any time within the period covered by the service, ie before the next move. This will not affect the period you have already paid for.
If for various reasons you have a break from the service (and weeks to spare) you will get those weeks in addition to a new start-up period, this applies to everything over 1 week.
All packages and products are sold with ongoing invoicing that runs until it is terminated by the customer.
Fixed payments are made every month (order date), deductions will occur 1- once a month, we use fig invoice and VIPPS as fixed payments.
Termination of fixed payment, happens by you notifying me within 14 days before the next withdrawal, then our cooperation will end. There is no lock-in period for the services I provide.
Reservations are made regarding incorrect pricing and that this will lead to cancellation of purchases.
If you pay by card and we are unable to charge the card for a new subscription period, an invoice will be sent in the mail and by mail.
Won competition in social media
If you have won a competition (including also called Give-Away) you will switch to a running subscription after the period you have won is over.
Information for Svea finans
When paying by invoice, we cooperate with Svea Finans. To pay by invoice, you must enter your social security number or organization number, a credit check will then be done. The prerequisite for paying by invoice is, among other things, that you are registered in Norway and over 18 years of age. You can have no payment remarks.
All invoices transferred to Fiken and Svea Finans' property, and liberating payment shall only be made to Svea Finans. The invoice's payment terms are 14 days. In the event of late payment, a reminder fee and default interest will be charged. In the event of non-payment, the invoice will be transferred to debt collection.
When ordering a service, you will receive an electronic order confirmation by e-mail. I recommend that you print it so that you have it easily accessible.
Kundedata
The information that appears via the customer form you fill in and any other information that may appear will not under any circumstances be shared with third parties.
All information about you will be stored in accordance with Norwegian law. If you want this deleted after the termination of the service, send me an e-mail and I will do this for you.
