Privacy Policy  

The Personal Data Act stipulates the formal framework for which personal data Coach Tarron can store and how we can handle these. This also applies to our services on the internet. From 25 May 2018, EU Regulation (EU) 2016/679 will apply as Norwegian law. Pursuant to the Personal Data Act, there must be a valid legal basis for the processing of personal data, cf. § 8.  

Coach Tarron processes the information according to the following valid legal basis:  

  • Consent of the data subject.  

  • Relevant legislation.  

  • Fulfill the agreement with the supporter.  

  • Fulfill the organization's legal obligations  

  • Exercise of a legitimate interest, while the interests of the data subject's privacy do not exceed this interest

Personal information is used by Coach Tarron to engage in business activities in education, health and nutrition. For this purpose, personal information is used to handle customer relationships, invoicing, orders, marketing, registration and order handling. In addition, personal information will be used to secure any legal claims that have arisen during the customer relationship. Furthermore, personal information is processed in order to maintain a register of our supporters. Information processed, collected and stored by Coach Tarron through our online services is performed only to the extent you have been notified and approved. We use the name and email when we send our newsletter. The personal information that users have provided on Coach Tarron services, or related services from subcontractors, is stored in our or our subcontractor's databases. This is to ensure that we can deliver the service our users expect. In addition, personal information is processed in connection with customized marketing to the user.  

Information you send from you, for example via a form on the website, is only used in the context in which it is intended to be used. Such data will only be published to public authorities where it is necessary to provide the service or is related to payment or accounting, or if you have agreed to it. We will not sell your customer data to others. Coach Tarron is confidential regarding your use of our services. The information is stored for as long as is necessary to provide the services and manage the customer relationship, or to fulfill statutory tasks, and to ensure coverage of any legal requirements. As a customer you can reserve yourself against online marketing, please contact us. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to access, change, correct and delete personal data. If the information we have about you is incorrect, you can demand that the information be corrected or deleted.  

  

Statistics  

Coach Tarron uses the statistics tools Google Analytics to calculate user numbers and traffic on our websites, so that we can develop and improve these by understanding how they are used. IP addresses are anonymized before being forwarded to Google Analytics, so they can not link information to individual users. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect traffic information in anonymous form. The information says something about how visitors use the site, for example:  

  • Number of page views  

  • Number of visits  

  • How visitors came to the site  

  • Browser information  
     

Traffic information is stored at Google Inc. IP addresses are stored in anonymous form and therefore can not be traced back to you as a user. We have enabled the additional feature "Demographics and Interest Reports" in Google Analytics. You can reserve yourself against this by changing your Google Ads settings. Here you can also update the information about yourself. By using the website, you agree that Google processes information about you in this way and for what is described above. We've also linked some of our pages to an ad network. This means that we can give you more customized advertising on websites you visit, also outside www.coachtarron.no . You are still completely anonymous, but we can improve the message in our ads based on knowing that you are one of the many who have visited us before. You can protest at any time. Personal data is therefore no longer processed for such purposes.  

  

Google adwords  

The Coach Tarron website uses cookies from Google to provide users / customers with relevant marketing and a good user experience.  

  

Cookies  

Most websites today use cookies to improve the user experience. A cookie is a text file that, when visited on a website, is added to the browser's memory. Coach Tarron websites use cookies. We do this to improve the user experience, and we collect visitor statistics through standard tools for this, which we use to make our websites better for you as a user. No personal information is stored or retrieved. By using online services from Coach Tarron, you agree that we may place cookies in your browser. Most modern browsers are set to accept cookies automatically. You can choose to change the settings so that cookies are not accepted. We can not guarantee that the website works best if you turn off this functionality. The new electronic communications regulation stipulates that all visitors to a website must have access to read which cookies the website uses, as well as what the various cookies are used for.  

  

Facebook  

To show you the most relevant ads, Facebook offers advertising aimed at users of a website. Facebook as a third party may use cookies and similar technologies to collect or receive information from the website and use this information to provide statistics and targeted ads. You can turn off cookies on your browser at any time, and you can also make sure that Facebook does not show ads based on your usual habits by unsubscribing here . If you have filled out a form ad on Facebook, the contact information will only be used to contact you based on what you have requested information about. The information will not be used for other marketing or resale to third parties.  

Our pages on Facebook can only be used in a non-commercial way. You are responsible for your own comments and comments in accordance with the guidelines below:  

  • If respect for others and stick to the topic.  

  • It is not allowed to post posts that contain advertisements, attempts to sell products, references to organizations, etc. Such posts will be removed without notice.  

  • Coach Tarron reserves the right to remove comments or content that violates the law, or is of a racist, sexual or violent nature.  

  • Posts that contain harmful characteristics of gender, race, religion or sexuality will also be removed.  

  • The same applies to posts we believe are in violation of our basic rules.  

  • Furthermore, we reserve the right, without notice, to deny users who believe they do not comply with the basic rules, access to post new posts on our site.  

  • We do not allow posts that are harassing, intentionally spreading untruths or otherwise perceived as inappropriate. Seek to show respect for people's individuality and identity, privacy, skin color, ethnic origin, nationality and philosophy of life. You are welcome to report any comments you believe are in violation of this policy. Posts and comments you write on one of our Facebook pages are considered to be published. Keep in mind that the content you publish will be available to a large audience. If you post photos or videos, we assume you have all the necessary rights.  

  

Rights of the registered  

The person who receives personal data processed by himself (the registered person) can exercise several rights under the Privacy Act. This section mentions some important rights. References are to the articles in the regulation which enters into force on 25 May 2018. The entry here is not exhaustive. First, the registered requirement to know the period of time for which the personal data are to be stored (Article 13, paragraph a). Second, the registered controller is responsible for access (Article 15) and correction (Article 16) or deletion (Article 17) of personal data. The data subject may also demand that the processing of personal data be restricted (Article 18). Fourth, the data subject has the right to data portability (Article 20). This right means that the data subject must be able to receive personal information about himself that he has given to the treatment manager and transfer the information to another treatment officer.
